Ben's Burrito is a food truck conveniently located at the corner of Gerald Ave and Mesa Ave. Ben's burrito was started in 2026 by Ben Njus on a mission to make the freshest breakfast burritos in town. The tortillas are made from scratch everyday, we use eggs layed by cage free grown chickens, fresh grated cheddar cheese and lettuce and tomatoes grown hydroponically with filtered water and no pesticides. We use fresh hand cut Russert potatoes and fresh roasted hatch green chile sauce in our burritos.
